Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. This may increase at busy times such as Christmas.
Some items may be dispatched separately if housed at our office.
If you would like your order tracked, please email us directly to arrange this – there will be a payment for this based on the cost of the delivery.
Europe and ROW
Please note: International orders (inc. EU) maybe subject to import tax/handling fees on delivery. This is likely to be around 20% of the cost of your order. It is your responsibility to pay any fees. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Europe | EU | Ireland: £7.00 delivery charge for all orders.
Please note that since Brexit there can be considerable delays on orders heading into the EU.
We cannot control this part of our delivery and hope this will improve with time.
Rest of The World: £20.00 delivery charge for all orders – these will be sent tracked.
The £20 shipping charge is liable to vary if the package falls substantially over or under the £20 fee.
We will contact you directly if this is the case.

UK
Delivery is free across the UK for orders over £139.20 (exc.VAT).
For orders under this amount there will be a £6.00 charge (exc.VAT) which will be payable with the order.
Deliveries will generally be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please contact us directly if your outlet has specific opening hours and we will try to accomodate this.
If we are unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address we will return the goods to our warehouse and make contact with you to re-arrange delivery.
All goods must be signed for, to confirm receipt.
R.O.I and Europe
Delivery is free for orders over £200.00 (exc.VAT).
For orders under this amount there will be a £20.00 carriage charge payable with the order.

£40.00 delivery charge for all orders – these will be sent tracked.
