Retail Orders

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchases but if for any reason there is a discrepancy with your order please contact us directly on 01805 603 341 or at sales@cannsdownpress.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order.

As long as your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please return items along with your receipt of purchase and a note with reason to:

Canns Down Press Ltd, Fortescue Court, Thorverton, Devon, EX5 5JN.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Trade Orders

A change to our Sale or Returns Policy:

As of January 2021 we are no longer accepting returns for Credits or exchanges with Trade Customers. 

Any Christmas card returns for Christmas 2020 may be made within the year 2021 up until the end of April 2021. After this date we can no longer accept returns.

 

Should there be a discrepancy with your order please contact us directly on 01805 603 341 or at sales@cannsdownpress.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order.

As long as your item is unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
